Responsibilities:

  • Implements the management of school activities, as confirmed by the Board of Trustees of the University, as well as the application of all the rules, guidelines and procedures regulating the educational, social and recreative activities.
  • Supervises the implementation of the school’s overall academic program and its compliance with the governmental standards and the school’s development program.
  • Is responsible for the preparation and implementation of the school’s annual budget through formulation of the school’s development goals and elaboration of clearly scheduled projects.
  • Ensures multilateral communication between various groups within the school community (teachers, students, parents, trustees, donors).
  • Establishes and expands relationships with faculties of the University, other schools, higher education institutions, governmental and non-governmental regulatory bodies and departments working in the field of education.

Vice Principal: Curriculum Development

Responsibilities:

  • Design and coordination of general curricula and subject syllabi and school schedules
  • Monitoring and analysis of students’ academic performance and individual progress
  • Design and implementation of academic performance assessment system and criteria
  • Development of teacher professional evaluation standard criteria
  • Coordination of teacher professional development events and measures
  • Development of educational standards and alignment with curriculum as well as implementation of standard tools and methodologies across subjects.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support to other staff members as needed
  • Organization of interschool and extra-curricular activities
  • Is responsible for pupils behaviour, culture, norms and rules of conduct

  • Daily attendance oversight
